    • "natures bedding co" hemp duvets and pillows are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 5 years from purchase date. Please note- The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the purchaser.

    • Sensation 775TC sateen sheet sets are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Please note - The guarantee does not cover normal  wear and tear, product abuse by the purchaser,  nor failure to follow washing instructions that can cause shrinkage. 

    • If the goods were not received in perfect condition and were damaged via the courier please return within 14 working days. We will be happy to replace the damaged goods provided they remain unused and in their original package.

    You have received the wrong item:        
    The item must be returned to us within 14 days. A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense. You must contact us on either NZ 0800 822 827 or +64 3 389 9878 or email us at sales@silksensation.co.nz  within 24 hours of receipt of the wrong item. We will pay for the wrong item to be shipped back to us, the item must be returned in the original packaging. A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
