Orders are shipped freight free to customers in New Zealand and Australia 

We aim to dispatch orders the day they are received

If goods are out of stock, an email will be sent advising of this 

All orders sent per Castle Parcels in NZ, with a usual delivery time of 1-2 working days for South Island, and 2-4 working days for North Island. Orders to Australia sent on EMS International Courier and usual delivery times to Australia are 4-10 working days.
