You have received an item that was damaged in transit-

If the goods were not received in perfect condition and were damaged via the courier please return within 14 working days to the address below. Finneys Importers and Distributors Ltd  will be happy to replace the damaged goods provided they remain unused and in their original package.

You have received an item that is damaged-
You must contact us on NZ 0800 822 827 or Aus 0064 3 3899878 or email us at sales@silksensation.co.nz within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. The item must be returned to us within 14 days. A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
You have received the wrong item-    
The item must be returned to us within 14 days. A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense. You must contact us on either NZ 0800 822 827 or Aus  0064 3 3899878 or email us at sales@silksensation.co.nz  within 24 hours of receipt of the wrong item. We will pay for the wrong item to be shipped back to us, the item must be returned in the original packaging. A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
